DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our full delivery and installation service includes full installation / assembly of your items. We will ‘stage’ your property too, by setting the dining table, making the bed(s), positioning decorative items and hanging any mirrors and / or artworks you have purchased, always leaving TV points and sockets accessible. Before we go, we remove all waste packaging, vacuum throughout and leave your property ready-to-occupy.

KEY COLLECTION / DROP OFF

If you can’t be present yourself, no worries. We can liaise with your agent, concierge, sales office or anyone else with authority to give us access. We unpack everything, remove all packaging, install, vacuum up after ourselves and return keys as instructed.

FURNITURE REMOVAL

If pre organised, we do remove old items out of your property. a charge will apply depending on the size of the items to be removed.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Returning an unwanted item once delivered, the price will be refunded at our individual item price less 35% repacking and restocking fee.

Note: some items can’t be returned once installed.  Any orders amended less than 5 days after final order confirmation has been issued, may result in your delivery date being pushed back.

When delivering, if one item does not fit and a smaller one is required, there will be a £99 +VAT redelivery charge for the new item plus any uplift in cost of the item required.

If there are still works being carried out on site and you ask us the deliver the furniture, we may be unable to build, install and position the items in the correct space. Please note your warranty will be void as we cannot be responsible for how other people move or install our products.

If at arrival of our install team, the property is not ready yet and we have to reschedule your delivery,  a £400 + VAT  re-delivery fee will be charged as we have lost a van/ install team for the day.

Our Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not tenant miss use,
